Trevor Richardson

 Trevor Richardson brings more than 15 years of experience across institutional single-family rentals, residential home sales, and multifamily investing. He spent eight years at a Reno-based commercial brokerage, where he developed internal systems and advised investors on acquisitions ranging from duplexes to small multifamily properties. It was there he recognized the opportunity to combine institutional-grade analytics with hands-on brokerage for everyday investors.

Prior to that, Trevor worked in acquisitions at American Homes 4 Rent, where he built residential analytics models, trained agents, and helped launch the company’s Albuquerque market. That blend of technical systems and real-world deal experience became the foundation for what Niles Realty is today.

As the founder of Address Income, a Reno-based property technology company, and Niles Realty, its brokerage arm, Trevor has led his team to over $50 million in closed sales, helping more than 80 home and multifamily investors. He has also personally closed over $200 million in career transaction volume, including nearly 100 multifamily deals across Northern Nevada.
