Natalie Richardson

A native Nevadan from Sparks, Natalie's love for the area grew as she did. She graduated from the University of Nevada with skills in business, finance and economics, then built her service and leadership skills in retail banking.
She joined Dickson Realty in 2015 and quickly rose to lead the Damonte Ranch office as managing broker. There she mentors and advises agents, helping them find what drives them and build thriving businesses. Her clients get the same patience and local, hands-on guidance, whether they're relocating to Reno, buying a first home or selling a luxury property.
Outside of work, Natalie is an avid sports fans, cheering for Wolf Pack Athletics, the Giants and the 49ers. She loves camping and fishing in the Sierra, and with Trevor and their cat Luna, she proudly calls Reno home.

Trevor Richardson

Trevor has spent more than a decade in Northern Nevada real estate, with $200M+ in sales and 100+ multifamily transactions. Before brokerage, he worked in acquisitions for large institutional home investors, learning how the biggest buyers underwrite a home.
He's also an entrepreneur: he founded Address Income, real estate investing technology he developed to help agents and their clients understand real estate investing more easily. It turns complex underwriting into clear numbers anyone can read: rent, cash flow and returns. He has trained investment agents across the Reno market.
Multifamily is his passion: helping investors find the right opportunity, and guiding sellers through a process that demands attention to detail, a disciplined escrow and specialized negotiation. He's a proud University of Nevada, Reno journalism graduate.
